This T time has the unique opportunity to share the current experience of the Pilot Process developed by the Finance Ministry of Costa Rica which modifies essential issues on human talent.

 

This project, with its important characteristics and connotations, may well serve as a reference for those who are working on similar processes or want to do it in the short or medium term. In this issue, we include in the "At a glimpse" section a brief summary on the most relevant aspects that identify the project and in which CIAT has been actively participating, supported by the French Mission and with the sponsorship of the EUROsocial 2 project.
